This is to inform all the candidates seeking admission nto the University of Uyo (UNIUYO) DEGREE PROGRAMMES that the post UTME screening exercise application form for the 2017/2018 academic session is out.

Candidates The Are Eligible for UNIUYO Post UTME.

Candidates who made the University of Uyo their 1st Choice in the 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), and had a minimum score of 180.

How to Apply for UNIUYO Post UTME Screening Exercise.

Eligible candidates should pay a non-refundable sum of N2, 000.00 (Two thousand naira) only (Excluding Bank and Admission status checking) via the University portals.
ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT INSTRUCTION
  1. Visit http://uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals or uniuyo.edu.ng (Click on e-portals link)
  2. Select Admission Forms Link
  3. Select Post-UTME as the Admission Form Type
  4. Enter your phone Number and Email address
  5. Click on MAKE PAYMENT NOW button to make payment
  6. Payment can be made online using ATM Card/Internet Banking or at and branch of all the Commercial Banks using pre-payment slip through Remita Platform
  7. After payment return to the online portal and click on Register Link to obtain your login credentials to complete your registration
  8. Printout the 2017/2018 Screening Exercise Schedule Slip

Note:
(I) The same passport photograph used for the online registration will be used during the screening exercise and for registration after the offer of admission.
(Ii) No complaint of wrong Bio-Data or blank photograph will be entertained after Submission.
(Iii) Candidates who up-load wrong bio-data will automatically be disqualified.
(Iv) Inconsistency in passport on the registration slip will not be acceptable to the University.

This is to inform candidates who made the University of Jos their institution of first choice and scored 180 and above in the 2017 UTME that the University website will be opened from Monday, 11th September, 2017 to Friday, 29th September, 2017 for the UTME/DE online screening through https://mis.unijos.edu.ng

The deadline for the online screening of bio-data / credentials may not be extended. Therefore, any candidate whose screening details are not submitted within the stipulated time will not be considered for admission.

A.   Eligibility
All candidates who made the University of Jos their 1st choice and scored 180 marks and above in the 2017 UTME JAMB examination.

B.    General Instructions:
(i)             Any candidate who fails to complete the online screening will automatically forfeit the chance of being considered for admission.
(ii)            Withholding information or provision of wrong information will lead to instant disqualification.
Offenders shall be handed over to the law enforcement agents for prosecution in addition to being disqualified.
(iii)           Candidates are required to upload their current passport photographs.
C.   Candidates’ results will be screened according to the entry requirements of the respective programmes that they have chosen.
The results of Pre-Admission screening will be available on the University of Jos Portal: https://mis.unijos.edu.ng/
D.   Specific Instructions:
(i)             Each candidate shall pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only (excluding Bank charges) for the screening.
Payment shall be made through Remita collection platform at any Commercial Bank operating in Nigeria as follows:
a)   Bank Branch:
·      Visit any Bank Branch operating in Nigeria
·      Present your payment to the Teller (over-the-counter) and say you want to pay University of Jos Pre-Admission Screening Fee via the Remita platform.
b)   Remita Collection Platform:
·      Access the collection platform via www.remita.net
·      Click “Pay Federal Government Agency”
·      Enter “UniJos Pre-Admission Screening” as payment details
·      Enter the required details including your JAMB Number and Full Name
·      Select any preferred electronic payment channels (ATM cards, internet Banking, mobile wallet, POS etc.) to complete your payment.
The payer will be issued an electronic receipt following payment, which he/she will keep for further processing.
Candidates are strongly advised against patronizing road side Business Centres for making payment.  ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE VERIFIED BEFORE ADMISION PROCESSING. 
(ii)            Visit University of Jos Portal https://mis.unijos.edu.ng/  for registration procedure as follows:
a.    Create an Account using your email address and phone number. A verification email is automatically sent to your email
b.    Log into your email and click on the confirmation link to enable you continue your registration
c.    Complete your registration by providing your Bio-data information, including  O’ Level details, payment details (RRR and Date), upload your passport photograph and other information as required
d.    Click the ‘submit’ button to save your details on the University Portal
e.    Print Pre-Admission Screening slip and keep it for further processing.
NOTE
Misrepresentation/falsification of documents is a serious offense. Candidates are, therefore, advised to submit genuine documents only. Anyone found guilty of this offence will be disqualified automatically and in appropriate cases, be handed over to the Law Enforcement Agencies.

The minimum entry requirements for admission into Cross River University of Technology are O/L SSC/GCE/NECO Credit level passes in five (5) subjects, including English Language, Mathematics and one relevant Science subject selected from the following group (Biology, Health/General Science, Agricultural Science, Physics and Chemistry), obtained at not more than two sittings. Candidates are also to note that there are other requirements that may be specific to a Faculty and /or a Programme.

Candidates applying to Cross River University of Technology are expected to sit for the current JAMB Examinations and attain the prescribed cut-off marks in it. This is a statutory requirement for entry into Nigerian Universities.

However, Cross River University of Technology conducts screening exercise for all candidates seeking admission into the University and applicants may not be admitted without fulfilling the demands of the screening exercise.

  1. Only UTME candidates who selected University of Abuja are eligible for Pre-admission Screening.
  2. UTME candidates must have Score of 180 and made University of Abuja first choice Institution to be eligible for Pre-admission Screening.
  • Awaiting Result Candidates of the Senior School Certificate examinations can also apply and must update their results on the portal not later than 15th September, 2016.

UNIABUJA Admission Screening Requirements

  1. All Candidates for undergraduate studies in the University of Abuja must have obtained at least five (5) “O” level credits including English Language and Mathematics and three relevant subjects at not more than two sittings in WASC, NECO, NABTEC, GCE (Ordinary Level) or their equivalents.
  2. UTME Candidates must meet the subject combination requirement

  1. UTME candidates whose UTME or O’level subjects combination are not met may apply for a change for a change of course to another course whose requirements they have met, provided there are vacancies.
  2. Each candidate shall bring along to the venue of the screening the following:
  1. Acknowledgement Slip/Receipt and Application Form Printout as it admits candidate to the physical interaction and sighting of original certificate screening at a later date.
  2. Original Certificate/JAMB Result Slip/Direct Entry Registration Slip.
  3. Candidates are to arrive at the screening venue by 9:00a.m.

  • Mix-up in the application by applicants would attract extra charges
  • Multiple applications are not allowed, but candidates who have applied for both UTME and DE, each application should paid for and forms filled in separately
  • Error in completion and submission of forms during the process of application would lead to loss of application processing for the academic session (e.g. selecting Economics Instead of Accounting.)
  • Statement of result of four (4) years and above will not be accepted for admission screening (candidate should therefore obtain certificate from the relevant examination body).

Authorities of the Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to apply for the institution post UTME/Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2017/2018 academic session.

FUTMINNA Admission Screening – Important Dates.

  • Registration for UTME candidates including those awaiting O’level results will commence on Thursday, 31st August, 2017 and end midnight of Friday 13th September, 2017.
  • Direct Entry candidates will register on Monday, 9th October, 2017 to end midnight of Sunday, 22nd October, 2017.
The University’s Pre-Admission Screening Exercise (UPASE) will hold as scheduled below:

Note:
(i) UTME Candidates – The screening exercise will involve physical interaction and sighting of credentials only.

Candidates Eligible for FUTMINNA Post UTME.

(i) Only UTME and DE candidates who selected Federal University of Technology, Minna are eligible for the screening exercise. Check FUTMINNA Departmental Cut off Mark Here
(ii) UTME candidates must have a minimum UTME score of 180, except for those courses for which higher cut-off marks have been indicated on the University Website.
(iii) All candidates must possess a minimum of five ‘O’ level credits including Mathematics and English Language obtained at not more than two sittings in subjects relevant to their proposed courses. Any candidate who does not have these requirements is considered as an Awaiting Result (AR) candidate. Awaiting Result (AR) candidates should refer to (vi). In addition, Direct Entry candidates must possess a minimum of Lower Credit at National Diploma and/or Higher National Diploma levels or Merit at NCE level.
(iv) UTME candidates who have met the minimum score of their chosen courses, but do not have the UTME or O’level subjects combination are eligible to change to any other course of which requirements are met by the candidates.
(v) Only ‘O’ level result print-outs downloaded directly from the websites of the National Examining Bodies (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) or photocopies of original certificate(s) will be accepted for verification.
(vi) Candidates awaiting results must upload their results and other credentials for screening not later than 15th September, 2016. They must also appear for screening on the scheduled date on their registration print out.

NOTE:  Any false declaration could lead to a candidate’s disqualification at any stage of the admission process.

Method of Registration

UTME Candidates
Candidates are to visit: https://www.futminna.edu.ng/
Click on “2017/2018 UPASE”
On the page that appears, click on ‘UPASE-UTME Login’
    • Enter your JAMB registration number.
    • Enter one of your names.
    • Click on ‘Login’.
    • On a page that appears, you are required to upload your recent coloured passport photograph in JPG format (Width 150px, Height 170px).
  • Choose another course from the list of departments if your UTME/’O’ level subject combinations do not meet the minimum requirements for the course registered with JAMB. 
NOTE: The system automatically detects if you have the required UTME subject combination and the minimum score for the programme selected.
    • Status of ‘O’ Level results (click on the appropriate box).
    • Click on ‘Proceed to payment gateway’.
    • Confirm your entries.
    • Click on the payment link button to proceed to payment gateway.
    • Payment is done through Debit Card (MasterCard – Most preferred) or Verve (only the ones enabled for online payment) or Bank branch (by generating RRR from application portal).
  • Enter ATM Debit card details (Card number, expiry date, CVV 2 i.e the 3 digits behind your card, and pin number) 
NOTE: This automatically debits N2,250.00 only (the N250 is service charge for the Interswitch platform).
    • If payment is successful, the screen will display all the data you previously entered.
    • Click on the ‘Print’ button to print the document
  • Keep the printout and take it to the UPASE venue

Requirements for the Screening Exercise

All eligible candidates are required to come on the date indicated on their scheduling slips.
Candidates are to report at the Suleiman Kumo Convocation Square at the University Main Campus, Gidan-Kwano along Minna-Bida road with the following:
  • A printout of the 2017/2018 UTME result slip bearing the candidate’s passport photograph (the Passport should not be affixed).  The title of the course/programme of choice should be boldly written by the candidate on top of the result slip.
  • The printed 2017/2018 University Pre-Admission Screening Exercise (UPASE) scheduling slip.
  • A writing material (Biro or Pencil).
  • A simple scientific calculator (non-programmable) without cover.

General Information

  • No candidate will be allowed to participate in the screening exercise without complying with the above requirements.
  • The Main Campus at Gidan Kwano along Minna-Bida road is about 20 km away from the Bosso Campus of the University, which is inside Minna town.
  • Candidates without personal vehicles may board commercial buses at the rate of N80 to N100 at the Bosso Campus of the University.
  • Candidates are not allowed to bring GSM handsets or similar electronic gadgets into the screening hall.  Such item(s) will be seized and will not be returned to the owners.
  • Impersonation is a serious offence and anyone caught impersonating will be handed over to the law enforcement agents.
  • Any registered candidate who fails to report for the screening exercise on the date and time specified on the print-out automatically loses his or her chance of being screened for admission.
  • Candidates are advised to arrive at the Suleiman Kumo Convocation Square at the Main Campus, Gidan Kwano on the scheduled dates for the screening exercise at least one hour prior to the scheduled time on their slips.

The Laspotech Post-Utme screening form for 2017/2018 admission is not yet out. UTME candidates that chose Laspotech as a first or second choice should read this post to know when Laspotech post-utme screening form will commence. Laspotech like other tertiary institutions no longer conducts exams for screening due to the JAMB policies. Candidates UTME scores and O’level results will be calculated to give the final aggregate score. Laspotech Post-Utme Screening Requirements – 2017/2018
After getting the screening form, a screening that will require candidates to come to the school may be done. Last year, the screening was scheduled to hold but it was later canceled. These are the lists of documents to be presented during the screening. It is advisable to come with the originals.

3.   Birth certificate or affidavit
4.   Passport photographs
5.   New scratch card to check your O’Level result.
Note: You will not be screened if you fail to come on the stip




Unilag
The University of Lagos, UNILAG has announced that the sale of its 2017/2018 Post-UTME screening form will commence from the 31st of August to 15th of September 2017. Candidates have only 2 weeks to apply for the UNILAG Post-Utme screening form.
Eligible Candidates
Only candidates who made UNILAG their first choice in the 2017/2018 UTME exam and scored a minimum of 200 and above are eligible for the UNILAG screening. However, candidates must have 5 credit passes at one sitting (Two sittings are not allowed) in the relevant O’level subjects.
It is worthy to note that Mathematics and English Language is compulsory for all the courses. 
Candidates who will not be up to 16 years by the 31st of October, 2017 are not eligible and should not bother to apply for the UNILAG Post-UTME screening form.
Obviously, candidates that did not sit for the 2017/2018 UTME exam are not eligible to apply.
How to Apply for the UNILAG Post-UTME Screening
Candidates who meet the criteria above are to login to the school website at unilag.edu.ng and follow the steps below;
  1. Click on Admissions at the top of the website.
  2. Click on the Post-utme application on the left side menu.
  3. Log in with your JAMB registration number as username and surname as the password. The password should be in small letters.
  4. Generate and print the payment advice.
  5. Make the payment online via Remita or go to a commercial bank to pay (Go along with the payment advice).
  6. After payment is successful, repeat step 1,2, 3 and upload your passport photograph and complete the form.
  7. Print out the examination pass (UNILAG will conduct Post-UTME exams).
Post-UTME Exam Date
The UNILAG Post-UTME screening exams will hold between 18th and 22nd of September 2017.


UNIBEN Admission Screening Form 2017 University of Benin, UNIBEN admission screening exercise (for UTME candidates) application form for the 2017/2018 academic session is now on sale – See more details below.

This is to notify the public that University of Benin (UNIBEN) Post-UTME/admission screening for admission into the University Degree Programmes for the 2017/2018 Academic Session is on.
The University of Benin (UNIBEN) Admission Screening Exercise for 2017/2018 Academic Session; to be conducted by UNIBEN CONSULT NIGERIA LIMITED,will take place between 14th September, 2017 and 25th September, 2017 in designated centres within the Ugbowo Campus of the University.
The Screening Exercise shall be conducted using the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. All candidates are expected to be seated, latest one hour before the stipulated time for their screening exercise.

Candidates Eligible for UNIBEN Post UTME.

Candidate must have the following:
  1. Candidates who applied for admission into the University as first choice in the 2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME).
  2. Scored a minimum of 200 marks in the 2017 UTME for all courses.
  3. Obtained at least five (5) credit passes at GCE O/L, SSCE, NECO, or their equivalent. The subjects must include English Language, and Mathematics (for courses for which a credit in mathematics is required) as well as three other relevant subjects at not more than two sittings, except for the MB.BS degree for which only one sitting is required.

How to Apply for UNIBEN Post UTME.

The procedure for the 2017/2018 Admission Screening application is as follows:
Candidates are advised to have a valid e-mail account before starting the application process.
  1. Visit uniben.edu
  2. Click on Student Portal
  3. Click on WAEUP Portal .
  4. Then Click Application at the top left of the display page to proceed.
  5. Select the 2017/2018 Admission Screening Application.
  6. Click on Register for Application
  7. Enter your Surname exactly as written on the JAMB Registration slip and your JAMB Registration Number immediately, your ID and Password will be displayed on the browser.
  8. On the https://uniben.waeup.org click on ‘Login’ (top right of front page).
  9. Enter your Username and the password to login.
  10. To start the application process, please click on‘Application record’, provide all required information and upload your passport photograph.
  11. Upload a RECENT and CLEAR “1×1” COLOUR PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WITH RED BACKGROUND IN JPEG FORMAT ONLY. Great care should also be taken to follow the specified formats on the UNIBEN website and portal. NOTE that the photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay in the University of Benin. FAILURE TO UPLOAD THE SPECIFIED PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION and failure/forfeiture of admission.
  12. To pay for the Application, click on“Add online payment ticket” at the bottom of the page, then click on “Pay Via Remita” on the top left corner of the page, follow the instruction to pay the application fee of N 2,000:00; (The fee excludes other charges),the admission screening exercise past questions for N1,500:00 (optional); excluding Services charges with a valid ATM-Enabled Card from any Commercial Bank in Nigeria
  13. A link is displayed “Download past questions to practice upon successful payment.
  14. Preview and confirm your information before submitting your application online. (No correction will be accepted after the closing date).
  15. Go back online on the appointed date to print out the acknowledgement slip that contains your specific screening schedule.
